Information on recording image during cultural events organized by City Culture Centre in Bydgoszcz

1. City Culture Centre in Bydgoszcz informs that it reserves the right to record the course of cultural events organized by it with all available audiovisual and recording techniques.  
2. Attending an event organized by City Culture Centre in Bydgoszcz is equivalent to the participant’s consent to share her/his image recorded, free of charge, for the purposes related to cultural activity conducted,     including documentation, educational, informational, promotional purposes and fulfilling the Organizer’s legal obligations.
3. City Culture Centre in Bydgoszcz declares that the image of the participants of the cultural events organized by it will not be used for commercial purposes.
