Jausmė is a singer-songwriter, composer, and poet who approaches her craft with a passion for exploration. She embraces the traditional 29-stringed Lithuanian zither-harp, the 'kanklės,' fearlessly venturing into uncharted territories to create music that transcends genres and defies expectations.

Rooted in her heritage, Jausmė skillfully combines tradition with innovation, breaking convention and uncovering the hidden potentials of the instrument. Through her music, she invites listeners on a transformative journey of self-reflection, connection, and embracing their true selves. 

Jausmė's sound is an enchanting blend of traditional Lithuanian elements with a modern twist, reflecting her profound connection to her roots and her ability to translate it into her own unique musical language.  

With her versatile and siren-like vocals, Jausmė effortlessly traverses from powerful to delicate, weaving a captivating tapestry of emotions that leave a lasting impact. Her compositions are intricate and ethereal, delving into the depths and nuances of the human experience, encompassing themes of love, grief, mystical presence, and the healing power of nature. 

Jausmė's music has captivated audiences not only in Lithuania but also in the UK, where in 2017 she released the debut EP 'Look Up, Look Down' and wrote a theme song and soundtrack for a short documentary 'The Chair Maker: Lawrence Neal'. After10 years living in the UK, Jausmė has returned to Lithuania and released a few singles and a live recorded acoustic solo album 'Namolio'. In 2023, she visited Slovenia and Spain, where she showcased her talents to great acclaim at WOMEX'23, mesmerizing a full house with her distinct style. 

As Jausmė prepares to embark on her next musical adventure in 2024, visiting Poland, the Czech Republic, and even the USA, she eagerly anticipates bringing her exceptional sound to new audiences around the world, sharing her gift with humbleness and gratitude.
